Ruru Gerrard (Magical Battle Arena)

Ruru Gerrard is an original character created speficially for Magical Battle Arena. She specialises in close range combat. She has difficulties dealing with long range assaults but proves deadly if she can close the distance.
Ruru is an unlockable character who is made available by completing story mode with any character.
 Command List
 Regular Attacks
Ruru's melee attack. Tapping the button can produce a 7 hit combo where she produces a series of attacks with her drill. The attack can be charged for a single drill thrust that knocks the enemy away. Burst mode will increase the amount of chainable hits to 10.
Ruru's projectile attack. She launches a single small drill at her opponent. This attack cannot be chained or charged and Ruru will stop to fire it. Burst mode will increase the amount of chainable hits to 3.
Basic shield ability. Ruru raises a clear/white energy shield in front of her to deflect attacks. Tapping the button along with increase or decrease altitude at close range can allow for teleporting around them.
 Special Attacks
S + A
Ruru makes a short dash forward. If she connects she will strike the enemy from different directions three times with powerful hits, with the last strike sending them flying away.
S + Z (Chargeable)
Ruru summmon numerous small drills and launches them at her opponent with limited homing abilities. A fully charged attack unleashes more small drills to fire. However, Ruru can't move while charging.
S + X (Chargeable)
Ruru takes on a counter stance for a moment. If the opponent hits with a melee attack from the front during this time then the attack is nullified and Ruru counterattacks by spinning them on her drill above her head before throwing them away.
A fully charged version alters the counter attack so Ruru delivers a final blow from above. Ruru can move while charging.
 Ultimate Attacks
S + C
Enters Burst Mode. Needed to use ultimate attacks.
S + C + A (Burst Mode Required)
Ruru's first ultimate. A circle of drills appear around Ruru, which are then fired off in all directions. These explode on impact or after a set time after being launched. If this move is broken through the drills will likely explode anyway.
S + C + Z (Burst Mode and No Health Bars In Reserve Required)
Ruru's second ultimate. Ruru fires a single projectile to trap the enemy. If successful she will wear a huge drill like a hat and use it to drill into her opponent ending in an explosion, inflicting heavy damage. Ruru will take some damamge herself from the attack
If Ruru's initial attack misses this move will fail.
